Survey Help

I am trying to use Filemaker Pro to set up an on-line database to take a survey. Users would log on, fill out a question form (using radio buttons), and then file the info. The survey data would be totalled and accessed to determine how many answered each question with which answer. I

I am a new user with databases. I have built the initial sheet containing the questions and the yes/no/other radio buttons, but am having trouble going from there.

Any help out there?
