Help! OAS Patch for NT. Where?

Hi,

I've attended the Oracle iDevelop '99 conference and gratefully received some complementary Oracle software. My problem is that one of the products (OAS 4.0.7) only works with Windows NT SP3, not SP4 which I have. Any attempt to use it produces:

ORB is not responding. Please restart manually...

The problem has been more fully documented elsewhere on this newsgroup. Apparently there is a patch available which brings OAS up to version 4.0.7.1 and allows the product to work with SP4. Can anyone please tell me where I can get it from? I've found an article on this newsgroup pointing to a fix at Oracle's ftp site, but the file ftp://oracle-ftp.oracle.com/dev_tools/patchsets/internet/NT/bug768157 doesn't seem to exist any more.

Surely Oracle would not entice people to a conference with "free" software that doesn't work and NOT give them access to a patch/fix which cures the problem.
