Patch 4.0.7.1 can be downloaded from the Oracle WEB site. It consists of a
ZIP file of about 6Mb in size with replacement executables. You simply unzip
it in the OWS directory under ORACLE _HOME.
However, path 4.0.7.1 does NOT work with NT service pack 4.
