Yep, pisses customer's off no end when I have to explain that all this great stuff put around by Oracle isn't actually in the product they've just spent thousands on. Objects Option, Partitioning Option, etc., etc. It's a joke. Oracle should either just come clean and let users have it for free, or mention *very clearly* that these are *costed* extras on all the marketing BS they put out.

Just my opinion.
