Maybee, there is a missing symbolic link. On my Intel Linux, there is the shared lib /usr/i486-linux-libc6/lib/libnsl.so.1

To run orainst, i created a symbolic link "ln -s /usr/i486-linux-libc6/lib/libnsl.so.1 /usr/i486-linux-libc6/lib/libnsl.so" then it was ok.
