Windows NT Error message OSD-04016

During the last night, I had this message on my Oracle instance : Tue Feb 16 23:16:21 1999
KCF: write/open error dba=0x200003a block=0x3a online=1

     file=2 F:\APPLIS\BASEBO\TBS\USRBOSE.ORA
     error=9205 txt: 'OSD-04016: Erreur queuing an asynchronus I/O request

O/S-Error: (OS 33) The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file. '

This message is located in the %ORACLE_SID%ALRT.LOG. Nobody is working during the night, except the Windows NT backup.

This moring the instance doesn't work properly : I had to startup it with the force option.

Could someone tell me what is the problem and how to solve it ?
