Enterprise MANAGER !!!1

Hi there...

When installing Oracle Server 7.3.x (NT 4.0) I install Enterprise Manager (EM) and the program try to create the EM repository ... i think it's stupid because the 1st time install the OS7.3x there's no INSTANCE running so there's an error when trying to create the repository... Ok, ok the script is there... and then i run it manually.... It creates the tables, views, etc...

But, when i work in EM i cannot even view my DB neither i can create automated tasks etc... can ANYONE tell me the steps to put the ENTERPRISE MANAGER WORKING ??? If there is... can contact me replying or mailing me ... either if there's an ORACLE admin with ICQ or another chat app, i would like if there's a soul that can help me ONLINE !!!!! thanks and HAPPY NEW YEAR ... Either, if that soul is EUROPEAN, it's by the way invited to come to my house in PORTUGAL if can help me !!!!
