Hi !

I have a HP UX 10.20 system running Developer 2000 1.6.1 and Oracle Server 7.3.3.

I've got a problem with $ORACLE_HOME environment variable : Developer 2000 needs the variable to point to the Dev/2000 directory (for instance, /soft/dev161).
But Oracle utilities such as SQL*Loader, Pro*C compiler, Import and Export need the ORACLE_HOME variable to point to the Oracle directory (for instance /soft/ora733).

So if I want to run a form with Dev2000, I can't use SQL*Loader, for instance.
(I can if I change the value of ORACLE_HOME each time I use SQL*Loader, but it's not a good solution because I need to change 100 scripts running SQL*Loader).
Has anyone a better solution to solve this problem ? Thank you,
