Hi Michael,

there's no need to send the files because if you have installed the SQL*Net software (SQL*Net server on the NT box, SQL*Net client on your laptop) you will have template files TNSNAMES.ORA and LISTENER.ORA in the %ORACLE_NOME%\RDBMS73\NETWORK\ADMIN directory. SQL*Net Easy Configuration program (used for configuring the TNSNAMES.ORA) should be available on installing the client. When you are careful enough, you can also edit TNSNAMES.ORA directly, e.g. in notepad.
