Chuck: I don't believe there is a default password since you must enter one during the setup/installation. If you need to know the password, you can find it in the standard text file - SVadmin_CFG.ORC in the directory ...ORANT\OWS\3.0\
Note, in the filename 'admin' will be set to 'ADMIN' by default and will be set to the actual server name (i.e. WWW for port 80's config file). The password is near the bottom in the following form:

Basic {
(Users)
admin: password <<<<<------------- (Groups)
dba: admin
(Realms)
Admin Server: dba
