Forms 4.5 When Error Shift F1 display the error not always.

When i run a.fmx and this raise one error . Pressing the keys Shift and F1 display the error , but not always.

How i can get the Sql instruction that raise the error.

I can get a system view ?

The system view V$SQL..... have the sql satisfactory.

The sql instruccions not satisfactory how i can read ?
