Hi,

contact your oracle support to get the 7.3.4 CD.

Shortly (assuming all location remain the same):

Remove SQL*Net 2.2 from the server.

Stop and delete Oracle services from server with ORADIM73

Create new SID

Install 7.3.4

run 4 scripts

Details are discribed in chaopter 7 of the 'Getting Started' Guide.
