I don't belive you can upgrade from 7.3.2 to 7.3.4 simply by applying patch set. You can use patches only to upgrade inside your "maintainance release" (first 3 numbers of the release). For example, you can use a patch set to upgrade from 7.3.4.0.0 to 7.3.4.1.1, but you can not use a patch set to upgrade from one maintainance release to the other, for example from 7.3.3 to 7.3.4.

For upgrading from 7.3.2 to 7.3.4 you have to install new software (from 7.3.4 distribution media) and then migrate the database. And only then you can apply desired patch sets.
