Hi

Oracle 7.3 does not support SQL*DBA, and to run the menu based interface of SVRMGR, you need a motif based interface, as SVRMGR menu based is available only on X windows/Motif . If you have a Xterm than use the command svrmgrm to invoke the motif based SVRMGR
