Build tree-like user interface

Dear Oracle professionals,

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to generate a form with a tree-like construction, to give the user a drill down user-interface.

My idea is to construct a form, like the Repository Navigator. In the left window, the user can see the subjects and expand the tree to see more detail or collapse the tree to aggregate the information, In the right window, the user can see the subject's properties.

Our development environment is Designer/2000 1.2 and Headstart.

Can I solve my problem by generating in Designer/2000 1.2, or do I need version 2.x?
