#1 will work because you're moving the datafiles between binary compatible
machines. The trick then is to create the NT services for Oracle.
#2 will work for the same reason as #1, but standbys have a very specific
purpose. Make sure you it is a standby you want.
#3 will work regardless of machine binary compatibility. Here, you can
create an empty database on the receiving machine with Instance Manager and
Import your schema(s).
#4 is really either #1 or #3.
