Help: SQL Net compatibility and Autocad

I am trying to setup a SQLNet configuration on Windows NT machines that
currently have Autocad 14 and Autocad Map 2.0.  I am getting the following
error:  "Oracle 12534: TNS:operation not supported".



I have tried uninstalling Autocad, but it appears to have left the problem
files in Windows.



Any help is greatly appreciated,
