Help! Running OracleAgent on NT

I get an application error every time I attempt to run the OracleAgent
Service.



I'm running Oracle Server 8.0.3 on NT 4 workstation with service pack3.



The error message that appears is :



DBSNMP.exe



Exception:access violation.



Any help/advice to :
