HELP: Trial Install of WGS 7.3 Fails on NT

I am trying to install the trial version of Oracle Workgroup Server 7.3 on NT 4.0 and it is failing. The installer makes it almost all the way throught (99%) but freezes when trying to execute "createdb.sql". If I kill the installer and try to run the database, it complains that the control file is missing.

I can also unfreeze the installer by killing the ORACLE73 process. However, the installer log shows errors.

I think I was able to install the software a while back. However, the software on my machine has been upgraded (service pack 3 of NT plus other stuff).

Any ideas?
