I have been assigned a project to evaluate different products that can be used to prepare and load data into a datawarehouse. Currently PowerHouse from Cognos is being used to accomplish this. My client wants me to find a replacement for it.

The database engine is Oracle 7.3 running under HP/UX 10.20. The input comprises of flat ASCII files sent from different sources after extracting data from legacy systems.

I am writing this to share your experiences and gather information about different products that can be used to accomplish this. The product has to run under HP/UX 10.20. If it also runs under Windows NT, it is a plus.
