DBA Management tools can be very expensive. My suggestion would be to upgrade to Oracle 7.3, since you need to any way and then try out the free copy of Oracle Enterprise Manager. Then, If you have determined that OEM is not good enough for the job then you can investigate other tools (ie. DBVision, Patrol, DBGeneral, AdHawk etc).
