"two-task fatal error"

Looking for help.  I have two Oracle WGS v7.1 databases.  Both periodicly
recieve this error message.  Oracle had me upgrade to v7.1.3.3.24 to fix
this problem, but it still exists, just not as often.  



Any suggestions?
