John,

I have also noticed a bit of a slow down in terms of the number of new blog posts. However, there are still a number of very active blogs. For example, several of the blogs maintained by OakTable Network members have had recent activity over the last couple of weeks. The new OakTable website http://www.oaktable.net/ has a blog feed that includes quite a few recent articles. http://orana.info/ also lists a number of active blogs.

I am not sure what to suggest to you so that you start seeing traffic on your blog. It helps to have other popular blogs linked to your blog (on their blogroll) - maybe one of the members of your local Oracle user's group also has a blog? Once you have a several articles, you might be able to have your blog included in the orana.info blog list - I don't know the precedure for that to happen, but it happened automatically for my blog.

Good luck with the blogging.
