Hi Guys,

We are taking on a couple of junior PLSQL programmers straight out of university who are well versed with the basics of PLSQL. We will provide a level of on site training but would like them to have a more thorough level of understanding of the topics such as creating PLSQL blocks; packages, triggers, procedures, functions, cursors etc etc before letting them loose on our systems!.

Rather than sending them on an expensive oracle course, we have decided to do much of the training on site with CBT's and integrate them within our Oracle development team.

Do any of you know of any good Computer based training courses for the intermediate (not beginner) programmer whether it be CD or a website. They both have quite an in depth knowledge of SQL so that is not really a requirement for us at this moment.

I have done quite intensive google searches but before I buy anything I thought I would see what you guys would recommend as much of the CBT's I have seen are more geared towards the absolute beginner which is not really relevant to us.

Any advice would be great!
