An ORA-12560 error is a communication error. Are all the Oracle services running?

What had you done between the last time you had connected to the database and the time you got the error?

What do you mean by "Same error during the installation"? Oracle is already installed so you would not install it again to build another database.

I believe more information about your set up, what you were doing, and what tool you were using when you got the error is necessary for someone to be able to help.
