I have been working with Oracle databases in various capacities for over 7 years now.

I am fairly well versed in PL/SQL. But have no clue about web based applications. JSP, HTML, APACHE, etc.

I would like to develop a little application to help me learn JDEVELOPER. I have Linux RH 3.0, 10g installed. I installed 10g oem, it seems to put OAS on with itself.

I am lost. What do I need to do to write an application that will run on this environment.

I would love to have a simple - yet complete tutorial on setting up the environment, a simple piece of code to test functionality, then launch me off on JDeveloper to write a simple app.

Any hope? Received on Mon Dec 27 2004 - 18:56:44 CST
