Help me out here. I don't see a different search facility from tahiti than from docs.
When I go to http://tahiti.oracle.com, clicking on the "...9i Documentation, Release 2" link seems to put me at the same spot as http://docs.oracle.com >> "Oracle9i Release 2" >> "View Library"
If there's a difference and an advantage to tahiti, I would like to use it.

I absolutely agree with your thought process.
Note that, ORAFAQ (under "Directories" and "Links") apparently allows anyone to add new links. Jonathan's site IS referenced from http://www.orafaq.net/links/Technical_Resources/FAQs/ and it was added Nov. 2002
I do find getting to the Links section of ORAFAQ to be non-intuitive .... the direct access is using the link titled 'Directories'

That explains it. Some ISPs obviously do carry it. (Mine also carries comp.database.oracle. ). cdo seems to have been semi-resurrected in the past few months. Somewhat reminds me of "I don't want to go on the cart!" (http://www.mwscomp.com/movies/grail/grail-02.htm) Hope they'll take our ninepence. Received on Fri Nov 28 2003 - 10:03:33 CST
