Does that I mean if I upgrade my DB server to 8.1.7 or 9i, I have to ask all my clients (1750 total) to install 8.1.7 or 9i client on their stations? I thought in term of the sqlldr utility, higher version on server will accept anything from the lower vesion of cleint.
