If it is a setup problem (DBA Studio not installed correctly), then I
don't have any suggestions other than to install it while logged into NT
as your NT userid.
Another thing to check is what NT groups you are in. I don't know what the minimum NT privileges are for DBA Studio.
On my PC (Win2k instead of NT), I am in the Administrator's group. On Win2k, I can check this by:
For a local (on your PC) database, you have to be a member of the ORA_DBA group (I think).
