9IAS Discoverer on WIN2K

Hello
I'd installed 9IAS R2 on my WIN2K server.

Now, i'm tring to configure discoverer to access the EUL from the Application server but when i try to access it from Discvere administrator it return me an ERROR : Unable to connect. the settings for the GWYUID could be wrong..

So, in discoverer administrator i leave the connection options "Gateway user ID" = blank, "foundation name" = blank and i insert in the logon dialog the system/manager credentials.
The configuration for the Application server discoverer component is on defaults (APPSGWYUID = "APPLSYSPUB\PUB", APPSFNDNAM="APPS").

So, why it doesn't work??? is it possible that i have done something wrong during installation???
