I've got the following information



username


passwd



server


SID



port



My internet service provider works with a proxy server (the only way to
connect throug when i need the internet)



I can't connect with the information provided. Why ? Because of that missing
proxy server configuration ? I can ping to the database server



Somebody ? Help me please
