Trigger Trouble

I had a trigger running no probs for three or four weeks. Last night, it
was reported as not working. When I checked, it had "disappeared"!! 
Fortunately, I was able to recreate the trigger.



Does anyone know of any circumstances where a database trigger, under
Oracle 8.0.6 on an NT box, would just vanish?
