Hi,
I must stick up for him.
There is a tool for windows which gives you the same feature like under X. Mark with left button automatically selects into the clipboard and middle button pasting the previous selection. Maybe he installed that?
Find out:
Just open a command shell and try to copy and paste, or any wordprocessor. Of course on the neighbours computer.
