Universal Installer with win2000

Hi There!



Today I tried to install Orcale 8.1.7 client on a Win 2000 workstation.
There has been a big problem: Only the start screen appears an as soon
as I try to click "install" nothing happens. Due to some experiments
there must be something wrong with JavaEnviroment - but what?



Is there anybody out there who can give me a hint?
