Originally an independent stand-alone product sold by Oracle. Then incorporated into a package called Developer/2000 that contained forms, reports, and graphics. Now part of something called Internet Developers Suite (unless they've renamed it again). It is a development envioronment for creating application forms as a front-end to Oracle. And it is far superior to ASP, VB, ColdFusion, and a host of other lesser products.
