Check out TOAD and SQL Navigator, both from www.quest.com. Of the two TOAD more of a full development tool, while SQL Navigator is lighter to use. We use SQL Navigator 3.11, not the current release 4.0 precisely because you can do loads of stuff with one click or function key.
