Oracle8i 8.1.7 won't install on w2000

I am trying desperatly to install Oracle8i 3(8.1.7) on a Windows 2000
machine, but all I get is the installer showing the hourglass for a couple
of seconds and then nothing else happens.



I have a Dell 8100 1200Mhz fast CPU.



Does anyone have a clue.
