The most similar product that Oracle have is Personal Oracle- information available at oracle.com or technet.oracle.com. That said (and this probably won't win me too many friends in this newsgroup) ISTM that the MSDE probably fits your needs far far better, the learning curve from Access is not at all steep and the upsize to SQL server is not that difficult.
