NT + Oracle = timebomb?

Hi!

I heard that installing Oracle under NT was a risky configuration that brought quite a few complications. Some people told me that it was unstable and hard to configure. I'd like to know if someone was using that configuration and if those comments were true. I'm not absolutely looking for success stories, but in the cases where there were problems, what were those problem and how did it impact the system? Thanks in advance for any answer
