Help - looking for career advice RE Oracle Financials...!

Hello:

I am a programmer/analyst with five years experience, approximately three of which are with Oracle Developer 2000, SQLPlus and PL/SQL. I have recently been reassigned to a group which supports Oracle Financials GL and FA modules.

I was hoping to get some advice from more experienced Financials developers regarding where I should focus my efforts to learn about this tool. Thus far most of my work has been on the back end of the system, learning about the interfaces into the modules, how to load data, etc...

I am interested to know what I should learn to make myself a marketable Financials person.

I realize this is a broad question, but I am just starting out and don't have much of a clue as to where I should be focusing my learning effort.

Any input you can provide would be much appreciated.
