Agreed on all points. In addition, there are legal implications for anyone who might be considering using such a service. Here in Ireland there are laws about what you can and can not do with personal information stored on a computer. I can't speak for other jurisdictions, but as our law is based on an EC directive, I would imagine that similar laws exist at least in other EC countries.
