Which NT service pack are you running? If you have SP4 or SP5, you will have to get the OAS 4.0.7.1 upgrade, or higher-- I recommend downloading OAS 4.0.8.1 from the Oracle Technology Network (http:\\technet.oracle.com). OAS 4.0.8.1 is certified against NT SP5, which is the level where most clients are today.
