Protecting Oracle Code that you write

I am curious how you protect your code. Let's say I have a product that uses Oracle as the backend and within the database are complicated Stored Procedures and Packages. Is there a way to prtoect the source code when you install an instance of the program on a new server? Or is the code available to any DBA that uses Enterprise Manager?

Thanks,
