Pb with Oracle8 Navigator

After downloaded the full Oracle Lite V3.5 for Windows NT (NT4 with SP4) , some strange bugs appears :

_Every shortcuts reference C:\Program Files\Oracle\... instead of
"C:\Program Files\Oracle\..." (with the quotes) resulting in an error search
_Oracle8 Navigator can't execute, and I receive the message 'Command
Object Creation Failed'
