Oracle ODBC products

Does anyone know of any gateway products that will allow an Oracle connection to a DEC RDB data source. I'd like to use a linked tables approach to extracting data, as opposed to writing extract programs on the DEC and importing them into Oracle. I know there is an Oracle RDB Gateway product available (about $12,000) but are there any 3rd party products?

Also, we'd like to link to a VMS flat file as well. Are there any ODBC products that will link me to a flat file?
