I had this problem on Unix but can't remember which one of these fixed it:



    
  
  1.   Try running catexp.sql again.

  
  2.   If you are using Direct Path, it has a problem with non USASCII format which
I think can be solved with NLS_ parameter in init<SID>.ora but haven't
experimented yet.
