I am looking for a reference book on Oracle 8. I haven't found anything good in stores.

Requirements are:
1. You should be able to look up any keyword the language has in the description and find a decent description of it. No book has been this, good, so as close to this as possible.

2. Definitions should be clear, concise, and complete.

3. Optional: Good descriptions of concepts. Easy to find through index.

4. Optional: Plenty of examples.

5. Optional: Something useful on a CD-ROM

6. Optional: Extra points for being thinner than a phone book.

One technical manual that lives up to this is the C Programming Language by Kernighan and Ritchie. 1/2" thick.
