SQLnet trough a Gauntlet FW

I need som advise.
I'am trying to run sqlnet question trough my firewall which is a Gauntlet.
I'am doing just find with a PC but when i'am trying the same configuration on a mac it doesn't work.
SQLnet vers 2.3 is the version i use.
It permit the host but says

                sql-gw [26879] TNS error

Why is't working on my PC but not on my mac.

Please answer if you have any idea.
