OracleNamesServer fails to start as a service in NT

Hello !



I have an Oracle server with OracleNames and OracleNamesServer installed on
a Windows NT 3.51-machine.  When I restart the machine the
OracleNamesServer-service doesn't start. i have to manually start it, either
via services in control panel or by typing namesctl start.



Does anyone recognize this problem and have a solution to it.
