Quick response needed for easy question

What's the easiest way to create a comma delimited file from data stored in Oracle? I want to be able to select specific rows from the tables and pipe them to a file. My customers are not currently interested in using embedded SQL in their programs, but want to extract data in comma delimited files for use in a variety of software tools (Excel, C/C++, S-Plus, etc). I'm using Oracle8 on Windows NT for the server.

Thanks,
